Position: SOLUTION INTERN (6 MONTHS)

Work hour: From 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, one Saturday morning per month.

Work location: 11th Floor, Vincom Center, 72 Le Thanh Ton Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City 

Job description

  • Solution Intern supports customer engagement projects within Vietnam. He/She will analyze customer requirements, develop a costing model to simulate entire operation P&L during contract period; design layouts as well as material flows to ensure efficiency and avoid operational bottlenecks with a focus on hi-tech vertical. 
  • Strong analytical ability to process and interpret data
  • Communication skills and understanding of customers’ requirements
  • Task prioritizing
  • Project resource planning
  • RFQ reading and interpreting
  • Facility layout designing
  • Deliver solution to executive planning (in time)
  • Detailing of solution designs
  • Manage client’s expectation and requirement
  • Professional solution presentations to clients and internal stakeholders

Your skills and experience

  • Student or fresh graduate majoring in Industrial Engineering/ Logistics & Supply Chain Management and can take the internship full time within 6 months
  • Quick learner/self- starter
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent English level, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Team player and able to work with various department with the company
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
