JOB DESCRIPTION

Social strategy & performance optimization

  • Oversee, maintain and strengthen consistent social presence and influence of L'Oréal brands by assisting with social content strategy and integrated marketing campaigns based on consumer insights and social media analytical data in collaboration with Marketing teams at multi-division level.
  • Keep up to date on social trends and best practices to educating & upskilling internal stakeholders
  • Monitor social listening insights and conversations to advise actionable, operational reports that lead to optimization and efficiency in achieving No.1 social performance
  • Involve in the management and governance of social agency bidding, evaluation and operations; build and monitor the collaboration of marketing agencies where social integrated agency is the lead role
  • Work cross-functionally to advise on developing appropriate social content, if required

Influencer marketing strategy & influencer commerce

  • Oversee planning and influencer marketing strategy of brand team, manage operations excellence of Influencer Management agency
  • Lead initiative to develop relationship with influencers, advise on strategic approach for partnership and earned media
  • Ensure marketing targets are achieved with cost efficiency and value check for all influencer representing L'Oréal brands' campaigns
  • Develop influencer commerce strategy and pool of influencers for social commerce leverage
  • Keep up to date with influencer marketing practices, upskilling internal stakeholders

Consumer community management

  • Ensure excellent consumer care services on social channels with an aim of 100% reply rate and excellent response quality
  • Develop advocacy community of L'Oréal e-beauty advisors, educators, community managers, internal creators based on engagement activities and development programs
  • Identity and build community expansion strategy & framework to develop brand advocates communities in the market
  • Develop process and management framework for conducting livestream for L'Oréal brands, with frequently upgrading performance and practices among livestream heros

Expertise in social media and strong affinity with social campaign management is needed. Ability to work closely with brands marketing managers for execution and performance monitoring is essential.
