Mercedes–Benz Vietnam Limited (MBV) operates in the field of manufacturing and trading Mercedes-Benz passenger cars in the Vietnamese market.  During 23 years of operation Mercedes-Benz  has continuously contributed to the growth of the market and became a key brand in the Vietnamese automobile industry. In 2017 the company has been selected as one of the top 10 working places in Vietnam, according to a survey of the HR solution firm Anphabe. With regard to the future Mercedes-Benz keeps investing in development on a long-term basis in Vietnam. The MBV factory located in Ho Chi Minh city covers 105,000 m2 and has a production capacity of about 4,000 vehicles per year.

 

Main tasks:

  • Supporting department’s daily administrative tasks.
  • Researching local law against corporate policy in order to localize content accordingly.
  • Training, consulting other departments in relevant corporate policy.
  • Keeping track and organizing internal work instructions within the Company.
  • Preparing slides, documentations for Compliance reports as assigned.
  • Planning and coordinating department’s projects.
  • Writing comprehensive articles in Compliance subject to raise awareness within the Company.
  • Other tasks as requested.

Requirements:

  • Must be undergraduate in Law, Economic Law or other related fields during 6-month internship.
  • Good command of English (Writing and Speaking).
  • Able to work full-time in 3-6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week).
  • Having interest and desire to learn new skills, experience new things.
  • Being willing to learn and having can-do attitude
