Internship in HR Department (Training, Development & Automation)

JOB SCOPE

  • Learn and support tasks relating to Employee data management, Training & Development, and Digitalization/Automation projects  
  • Handling daily admin tasks: inputting candidate data, updating recruitment process, tracking compliance
  • Supporting HR Marketing activities, e.g. job fair
  • Other assigned projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduate students in Human Resources/Business Administration major
  • Fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese and English
  • Eager to learn
  • Responsible and proactive
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent working style
  • Team-player
  • Committing to working full-time in 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week).
