Job location: 20th Floor, E.town Central, 11 Doan Van Bo, District 4
As a Customer Experience Intern, you will have a good chance to be trained and get experience for your future career as well as to acquire necessary skills related to Customer Service.

Your daily work is basically described as follows:

• Proactively study job description of a lot of positions in various industries to support customers having Job ads to attract candidates

• Screen and approve online CVs to help candidates attract employers

• Assist Customer Experience Team in team’s projects

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Third-year and last year students

• Having service mindset, positive energy

• Careful and Detail-oriented

• Willing to learn, proactive

• Good at reading & writing English

• Microsoft Office literate (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Available to work full-time in 3 months

Working time: 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm from Monday to Friday.
