RESPONSIBILITY

  • Work closely with product teams, developers, and users to fully understand user needs, conduct market research, and develop feature requirements (customer journey, product requirement document, use cases, user flows...)
  • Develop detailed user stories and supporting technical team in exploring these stories.
  • Develop, maintain and execute manual test cases for product features.
  • Test, analyze and report test results.

REQUIREMENT

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in product management.
  • Good analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication in English (Ielts > 6.0 or Toeic > 800)
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field is preferred.
  • Having experience in software design or UX/UI is a plus.
  • Having knowledge of technology is a plus.
