Research & planning

• Research and source new affiliate opportunities and partner

• Stay up to date with the latest affiliate marketing trends

• Help grow revenue and affiliate marketing activity

Communication & manage affiliate channel performance

• Onboarding new affiliate partner

• Manage relationships with the affiliate partners

• Deliver weekly progress, commission, activity reports & updated information for all affiliate partners

• Promote the affiliate channel and opportunity across the industry

• Work with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to deploy and optimize campaigns through the affiliate marketing channel

• Communicate clearly & solve problems with partners

• Keep affiliates up to date with the latest company campaign news

Budget, Target & Forecast

• Assist the Affiliate Marketing Manager in managing the affiliate and partnership budget

• Work with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to forecast ROI and activity for all affiliate partners – both new and existing Internal team support

• Collaborate with the creative teams to create affiliate marketing material

• Collaborate with the BD/Campaign teams to collect campaign material

• Ensure all ROI and sales targets are met through the affiliate channels and partnerships

Requirements:

• Have basic knowledge about data analysis & experience in data analysis tool such as Google Analytics

• Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms

• Experience within the affiliates industry would be a bonus

• Passion for affiliate marketing and the wider digital industry

• Strong written and verbal communication skills – including presenting and reporting

• Strong people and partnership management skills

• Strong Excel and numerical skills

• Good understanding of the whole digital marketing mix

• Good troubleshooting skills
