Job description:

Ensure end-to-end process of payment for inland charge to third party, ocean freight, import tax to authority.
Timing import permit application for goods originating from animal (infant milk, chicken powder,….).
P2P for affiliate shipment.
Pay import tax of FG, inland charge to respective vendor
Settle import tax of raw and pack, machinery.
Create PO, adding condition cost for affiliate PO
Quarterly report to DIZA - Solve Block, Park invoice to ensure timing payment to supplier.
Apply for import permit of veterinary products

Requirement:

Bachelor degree ( preferably in Foreign Trade)
2 year experience in similar positions.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Services/ Inter-market / Import-Export Operation/ Supply Planning.
