Position Summary
Enhance Employer Value Proposition (EVP) - #SparkYourWay of Nestlé Vietnam through internal & external activities as planned throughout the year, including training activities and OD projects
Position Description
Employer Branding (EB):
- Support all EB strategies aligned with recruitments
- Work closely with OD team and Recruitment team to manage and continuously improve the company image to attract suitable candidate and promote Nestlé Vietnam as an employer of choice
- Expand the company's online presence on different employment sites, develop creative ways to draw prospective employees through social media
Nestlé Needs Youth:
- Run Alliance for Youth program: a program that we would collaborate with 2-3 other STEM companies/university (not competitors) to promote/inspire STEM career roadmap and provide basic knowledge/STEM career orientation to female high school students
- Consolidate events/jobfairs/sharing report quarterly from recruitment
- Collaborate with Agronomist team to deliver leadership/business mindset trainings to young farmers
- Proactively connect with universities to look for opportunites for sponsoship on start-up competition or Youth Activities
- Collaborate with functions to run Together Grow Vietnamese Talent Seeds. Structurize & enhance the program for whole organization
OD Activities support
Corporate Nestlé & I
- Coordinate and implement HR related actions from Corporate N&I result
D&I
- Implement D&I communication (D&I video, content of D&I part on our website,…) within a year
- Collaborate with HRBPs/ FHRM, Recruitments, functional leaders to promote D&I in functions and externally
EVP
- Collaborate with functions to collect submissions for Innovation Awards and roll-out communications related
- Support to run internal activities related to EVP for employees
What will make you successful
- 2+ years in Employer branding/Recruitment marketing
- Good communication skills with proficiency in English
- A strong understanding of employer branding with a track record building EB
- Understanding of how to track and evaluate metrics associated with recruiting and marketing campaigns in order to determine ROI is prefereable
- Experiences on handling multiple stakeholders within and externally
