These include Consulting, Advertising, PR, Digital, Mobile, Social Media, Activation, Field Marketing and Design. In addition, Ogilvy Group also provides print, digital and video production services.

We are looking for an HR Intern who will be offered many learning opportunities and hands-on experiences in professional working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist recruitment team and scheduling interviews
  • Save/Upload documents and candidates'' profiles on the company''s system (will be trained)
  • Assist administrative tasks of the office 
  • Assist conducting applications of Work permit and Residence card for Expats (will be trained)

Requirements:

  • Last-year university students of any majors
  • Ability to work full-time for 3 months
  • Have a good command of English, especially speaking and writing
  • Have a can-do attitude
  • Love working with foreigners
  • Having a basic knowledge of HRM is a plus

***Working place: Centec Tower, district 3 HCMC

***Working time: from Monday to Friday
