Job Description
Marketing Coordinator (70%):

Support the team in executing a variety of marketing activities across different channels
such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Assist in the development and implementation of the company's brand.
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring success.
Assist Manager in creating marketing, branding activities such as webinar, podcasts.
Create marketing materials, build timelines for marketing campaigns as requested by managers.

Project Coordinator (30%):

Assist Manager in creating project timeline, oversee the project process.
Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope,
schedule, and defined budgets.
Assign roles and tasks to dedicated team members, based on individual strengths and
abilities.
Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to
achieve maximum benefit.

Requirements

Technical skills and Knowledge:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Project Management, or relevant fields.
0 to 1+ years of relevant work experience in marketing & project management (both extracurricular activities and professional experience).
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) - B2 level.
Knowledge and understanding of marketing and project management.
Individual with strong interpersonal planning & critical thinking skills.
Able to work full-time (if unable, then at least 30 hour per week).
