OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - FINANCE (PERSOLKELLY’s CLIENT)

POSITION SUMMARY

• The selected candidates will undergo 12-month intense training on the functional modules - Finance & Accounting of the Company
• During this 12-month period, the trainees will be assigned mentors who will guide and coach the trainees. In addition, there will be structured reviews conducted to provide feedback on strength and development areas 
• Post the 6 months training, the candidate will work on live projects for subsequent 6 months
• Post the successful completion of the 12 months’ period, the trainee will be moved into a Manager role in the organization

REQUIREMENTS

• One-year full time MBA/ MS Degree or equivalent courses from top B-Schools or full time MBA from RMIT
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Native Vietnamese and having proficiency in English both oral and written
• Willing to be based in any of the operating locations (very mobile – during the rotation, the trainee would travel to different working locations with Company support on transit)
