Responsibilities

  • Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communication channels for communicating with managers and people internally, ensuring the alignment of internal and external messages and communications.
  • By working in conjunction with BOD, Head of HR and other stakeholders, develop and manage the content plan for internal communication in line with strategic and operational requirements. Manage internal communications projects alongside stakeholders.
  • Lead all communication activities related to 50 years anniversary
  • Other tasks and special projects as assigned by Line Manager

Requirements

  • University graduate; preferably in economic, marketing, human resources faculty;
  • Have 1-3 years experience in related job is preferable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to excel in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining constant level of high quality
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work with/for multiple employees and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Photoshop
