WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Run Daily Sell-in- Sell-out Report & send to cross function
• Run assigned report & send to cross function (including from DMS, Nielsen)
• In charge of Visibility/gift transportation from production (with bid result) to payment (with allocation)  from 3rd party and complete payment process (including  PO posting, contract sign, invoice)
• Process payment  from a-z (GT & MT)- gift/visibility/activation/3rd service
• PO list update to team
• In charge of DoIT ( Thong Bao SCT)
• Work with warehouse to track Trade MKT goods stock
• Assist Trade Marketing Associate to do analysis
• Other tasks from managers & function head

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• University graduate, major in Economics/ English/ Business Administration
• At least one year experience working in Sales field/MKT; familiar with complex report
• Can read English
• Proficiency in excel & able to do data analysis, planning ability
