Job description
- Coordinate Delivery Manager to manage ACC office:
- Logistic support to send/receirve devices & tool.
- Manage company assets.
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Order office supplies
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Prepare and monitor invoices
- Coordinate office procedures
- Organize team activity
Requirements
Competency/Skill Requirements:
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experienced in organize team collective activities
- Excellent in communication.
Special Requirements: Supply management & inventory control

Languages: Able to communicate in English
