Job Summary

This Job holder is expected to assist Corporate Planning, Corporate Service and ICT team in general admin work.

Main Accountabilities

  • Support Corporate Planning, Corporate Service and ICT line as one of the key member focusing on Office Asset Management, Reception and Pantry Management, Office Suppliers, Entertainment Management, etc.
  • Other duties as required by Superior from time to time.

Requirements

3.1 Education & Qualification

  • At least Bachelor’s degree from a full-time university
  • English language proficiency (equivalent to TOEIC 800)

3.2 Skills & Knowledge

  • Proficiency in MS Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, including interpretation skills
  • Good organizational and coordinative skills.
  • Good health; fluent in communication
  • Other characteristics and skills: friendly, honest, responsible, discipline-minded, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-minded, eager for learning, etc.

3.3 Experience

At least 2 year working experience in administration assistance jobs in International organization.
