The HRSS Market Operations and Care Specialist is responsible for supporting processes to deliver payroll and benefits in P&G Vietnam. This includes benefits administration, statutory and government filing, support employees on their queries and requests, and issue resolution.

  • You will be working with the Insurance Body to ensure all insurance rights and responsibilities of the employees are aligned with the Law and delivered timely
  • You will take charge of reporting and maintaining the personal income tax compliance of all employees;
  • You will also be expected to take care of the employees' benefits and expenses-related operations, working directly with the Manila Service Center.
  • As part of your career growth, you can also look forward to looking at process improvements and digitalisation efforts to improve our operations, at the local and regional level.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any Business Course (Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management) or Math/HR operations processing related Course
  • Knowledge or experience on HR payroll, benefits, tax operations processing
  • Independent and proactive
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Good communication skills (both English and Vietnamese)
  • Love working in a multicultural and diverse environment
  • Love working with details and processes
  • Willingness to learn and master new applications
  • Expectations to work in a changing and vibrant working environment
  • Good teamwork skill and can work effectively with diverse individuals
  • Will be a bonus but not determining factor:
  • Possess good digital literacy skills e.g. use of Microsoft tools, forms, applications
  • Workday & SAP knowledge
