Actuarial Functional Trainee is one of Prudential’s talent development program for a group of agile & talented Actuary trainees to be FAST TRACKED INTO FUTURE LEADERSHIP level. Participate in our program, you could challenge your agility & leadership capabilities. 

PROGRAM INTRODUCTION
FOR WHO: Young talents who have high aspiration to become Actuarial expertise leaders with strong technical & management capabilities

HOW LONG: A 51 to 54-month intensive development roadmap, subjected to different Actuarial functions
• STAGE 1: 48 months - Rotate through 4 different functions of Actuary
- 3 rotations will be in these functions: In-force Management, Pricing and Product, Capital & Actuarial Solutions, Corporate Actuarial
- 1 rotation will be in one of these functions: IFRS17, Financial Risk, Product Proposition & Management

• STAGE 2: 3-6 months - Rotate to other Divisions outside Actuary (Data Analytics/ Agency Distribution/ Partnership Distribution/  Corporate Strategy & Business Development) or participate in Business Projects to develop business acumens.

  • Round 1: Application Screening
  • Round 2: Gamification Test
  • Round 3: Phone Interview
  • Round 4: Technical Assignment
  • Round 5: Panel Interview with Prudential Top Leadership Team
