JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Measure Voice of Customers (VOC)

• Monitor the Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) system to operate automated surveys in different touch points: Call Center, GAs, New Business, Claim, PRUOnline App, PRUBot…
• Supervise closing-the-loop (CTL) process and make sure CTL actions are taken within the SLA.
• Monitor EFM reporting dashboards, input figures for periodical VOC reports to regional management team.

2. Handle administrative tasks: Handle team’s administrative tasks such as booking meeting, raising travel & payment requests, logistics for gift campaigns.
3. Support projects: Support projects such as Customer Satisfaction Benchmarking study, Personalized videos for onboarding customers, Pulse… in conducting user acceptance test and other tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Newly graduated.
• Having experience in data analysing and reporting.
• Good analytical skills, problem solving skills.
• Good Excel skills. Having basic Power BI skill is a plus.
• Well-organized, responsive and flexible.
• A good listener and an excellent communicator, be able to work well with people from different teams in the company.
