Job Responsibilities 

1. Measure Voice of Customers (VOC)

• Monitor the Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) system to operate automated surveys in different touchpoints: Call Center, GAs, New Business, Claim, PRUOnline App, PRUBot,…
• Supervise closing-the-loop (CTL) process and make sure CTL actions are taken within the SLA
• Monitor EFM reporting dashboards, input figures for periodical VOC reports to regional management team.

2. Handle administrative tasks

• Handle team’s administrative tasks such as booking meetings, raising travel & payment requests, logistics for gift campaigns,…

3. Support projects:

•  Support projects such as Customer Satisfaction Benchmarking study, Personalized videos for onboarding customers, Pulse… in conducting user acceptance test and other tasks as assigned. 

Job Requirements 

• Junior/Senior in any related major. Must be university/college students.
• Able to work full time for 4-6 months. 
• Having experience in data analyzing and reporting.
• Jobholder needs to have good analytical skills, problem-solving skills.
• Jobholder needs to have good Excel skills.
• Having basic Power BI skills is a plus.
• Jobholder needs to be well-organized, responsive and flexible.
• Jobholder needs to be a good listener and an excellent communicator, be able to work well with people from different teams in the company.
