Job Responsibilities

Support in planning for the digital tool/applications/platform based on business needs

  • Support to conduct analysis to determine best solutions for solving sales issues/opportunities.
  • Support to do market research to provide in-depth insights to analyze the pros and cons of functions to be developed
  • Support to follow up on project plan which includes business requirements, design specifications and obtain the approvals.
  • Support in project management tasks according to the approved plan

Support on project administration tasks, i.e. setup meeting, do meeting minutes and follow up with action items,…

  • Create and file comprehensive project documentation.
  • Constantly work towards improving and reporting on the performance and user experience as measured against key metric & qualitative goals.
  • Support on test case review to ensure project quality.

Support in executing communications and education campaigns for users

  • Support on initiate communication activities and training courses together with AD team heads to ensure effective implementation.
  • Support to execute campaigns to receive inquiries and feedback from users to have better upgrades or enhancements.
  • UIT, product owner.

Job Requirements

  • Commit to work full time for 6 months.
  • Junior, Senior from any related major (Economics, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Technology,..).
  • Basic knowledge in project management and coordination skills.
  • Articulate, creative, passionate, flexible and tenacious.
  • Analytics experience required, visualization skills and/or big data is a plus.
  • Intermediate in English.
