Customer Experience Analytics Intern is mainly responsible for supporting Customer Experience team in measuring, analyzing and managing voice of customers. Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) system to operate automated surveys in different touch points: Call Center, GAs, New Business, Claim, PRUOnline App, PRUBot,…
• Supervise closing-the-loop (CTL) process and make sure CTL actions are taken within the SLA 
• Monitor EFM reporting dashboards, input figures for periodical VOC reports to regional management team.
• Handle team’s administrative tasks such as booking meetings, raising travel & payment requests, logistics for gift campaigns,...
• Support projects such as Customer Satisfaction Benchmarking study, Personalized videos for onboarding customers,.. in conducting user acceptance test and other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Commit to work full time for 6 months.
• Junior, Senior from any related major (Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Technology,..).
• Having experience in data analyzing and reporting. 
• Proficient in Excel. Having basic Power BI skill is a plus 
• Have good problem-solving & analytics skills. 
• Have good communication skills.
