Purchase Staff

• Seeking, contacting and negotiating with suppliers for best prices and delivery to meet requirement of other departments.
• Examining performance requirements, delivery schedules and following up the whole process until arrival at warehouse.
• Any problem/difference of quantity/quality/type/description, working out with suppliers for reasons/solutions, preventing bad influence for company operation.
• Contracting and supervising documentation to make sure ready for goods customs and clearance.
• Updating prices and delivery status of ordered items for concerned departments.
• Checking stock and pending list of all items required for company to ensure safety stock. If any abnormal condition, coordinate with other departments to find best solution.
• In cases of description change/price change/new items/…, circulate and report to related departments for information and testing process before approval.
• Completing necessary documents and passing to Accounting Department for payment
• Reviewing and updating purchasing/ordering procedures, policies and guidelines very often for best performance.

 

• Male/Female, bachelor of Economic, English, International Trade
• Fresh graduate
