About Deals

  • With extensive deal experience, the Deals Advisory Team makes big deals happen. We are committed to help our clients to see the unseen and capture value in deals by accelerating the integration process to ensure a smooth transition from start to finish. We work with strategic and financial investors to raise capital and complete acquisitions, divestitures and strategic alliances/joint ventures.

Internship duration: May - July 2022
A chance to be offered a permanent position upon completion of the internship program
 
Reporting structure and key relationships:
Reporting to: Deals Senior Associate/Manager/Senior Manager.

Requirements:

  • You are in your final year or fresh graduate from Finance, Economics or related majors.

And you have the following related qualifications:

  • Interest in the M&A market;
  • Demonstrate outstanding academic performance and an aptitude for analytics;
  • Responsible for assigned work with the hunger to grow and the ability to learn quickly;
  • Positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated;
  • Good business sense, strong research, data analytics, Excel, and PowerPoint skills;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Vietnamese and English; proficiency in any other international language is an asset;
  • Good teamwork spirit;
  • Digital skill set and acumen and knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx or other softwares;
  • A track record of leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities will be a plus.
