Main duties

  • Support in Digital solution team (e.g. Helpdesk in Digital solution related matters, maintain Digital platforms/Bots,...);
  • Support on Risk Department (RISQ) high prioritised and Digital projects, Tax Line of service related matters (including coordinate meetings, assist in Compliance and Quality review testing,...);
  • Coordinate and support in preparation for periodic Independence and RISQ training;
  • Understand relevant policies and procedures;
  • Provide support on other RISQ related matters and monitoring activities;
  • Contribute ideas and identify areas for improvements on a continuous basis;
  • Other ad-hoc support.

Requirements

Attention to detail and a team player;

Proactive to learn and to continuously develop technical knowledge;

Good spoken and written English;

Good computer skills in using Microsoft Office Applications.
