JOB BRIEF

  • Meet the sales target by setting and managing global and regional sales status and strategy.
  • Set operation strategies such as changing solution specifications and planning, managing for project.
  • Maintain competitiveness by setting and managing solutions' and services' pricing strategies.
  • Maintain and promote the services by building operation strategies regarding performance management, statistics or big-data analysis, CS(Customer Service) and VOC(Voice of Customer) management, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. [Project planning] Planning the business growth strategy, portfolio, promotions and communications for Post-purchase Service of Samsung Mobile, and applying the global or regional performance status analysis to meet the project target.
  2. [Operation strategy] Managing well the operational status such as launching programs, changing solution specifications and internal issues with internal teams and external partners.
  3. [Price management] Analysis the solution's pricing policy and strategy by studying customers’ demand, comparing competitors’ pricing and proposing the suitable pricing for partners, customers.
  4. [Partner management] Create more opportunities for solutions by building relationships with partners to learn customer's needs and developing with partners’ programs & communications in terms of programs, Integrated Marketing tools.
  5. [Service operation] Apply operation strategies such as performance management, statistics analysis and CS (Customer Service) and VOC (Voice of Customer) management to maintain and promote the services. 

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
  • Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures
  • Normally receives detailed instructions on all work
  • Project management skill is preferable
  • Problem solving, self-organized and project management orientated are highly recommended
  • Active, dynamic, well-interpersonal personalities are preferable 
  • Mobile usage environment & digital marketing base are more welcome but not a must
  • Good at MS Word, MS Excel
  • Good in presentation skill
  • Good English Skills
