Job Description
The position will mainly contribute and animate End-to-End MPS Walkthrough and Installed Base Tracking process at Field Services in Vietnam.

  • MPS Walkthrough offer LOB
  • Cavite Services Hub

External stakeholders:

  • End-User
  • Power Services EcoXpert

Key responsibilities:

MPS Walkthrough

  • Main contribution to End-to-End MPS Walkthrough offer.
  • Directly performing the MPS Walkthrough Audit at End-User sites based on sales team or channel sales suggestions.
  • Coordinate with FSR, OM, Sales Team and End-User to schedule, dispatch FSR to onsite for MPS Walkthrough for customer not in the South.
  • Performing the short debrief sessions after visit to collect all findings before preparing the report.
  • Join-meeting with Sales to finalize the report & presentation before face-to-face present to customer.
  • Joined-visit with sales team to present (face-to-face or virtual) to customers.
  • Create and transfer pipeline to sales team after presentation.
  • Make sure 100% installed base is tracked and visible on IB Intel with good information
  • Date of shipped/warranty end
  • Recent maintenance date.

Installed Base Tracking:

  • Working with all related stakeholders: Sales, EDAC & FSR to define IB tracking process.
  • Make sure FSR to track and get as much IB information once completed the WO.
  • Coordinate with Channel Sales Leader to collect and add more IB which are managed by Partners.
  • Coordinate with Cavite to improve the quality of tracked IB: name, range, category and timing.

How to measure:

  • Number of MPS Walkthrough per week/month/quarter
  • Number of pipeline creation generated from MPS-W
  • Number of tracked IB from all sources.

Qualifications
Education & Skills: 

  • Experience in Field Services or consulting.
  • Digital DNA
  • Good knowledge of Schneider Electric product/services portfolio preferred
  • Strong collaboration with internal & external stakeholders to reach the ambition.
