Position: Marketing - Customer Relation Management (CRM) Project

The Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualising and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. Job Description

• Project-based role focusing on end-to-end management and execution of campaign/project initiatives to increase awareness, engagement and conversion
• Responsible for project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation
• Liaise and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across multiple departments within the company
• Review and analyse key commercial/marketing metrics on a daily basis to drive continual optimisation and improve campaign efficiency
• Report business progress with quantitative data regularly

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative, well-organized, and self-motivated
• High accountability, work ownership and self-driven attitude
• Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Strong command in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
