The Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualising and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. Job Description:

• Coordinate internal resources and work with other teams across all functions (Business Development, Marketing, Operations) to plan and execute monthly campaigns as well as other marketing-related initiatives, ensure that all tasks are on track
• Anticipate and troubleshoot during campaigns when issues arise; identify root causes and potential solutions to problems
• Compile, analyse, and present data on campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and contribute to existing guidelines and best practices for the planning & execution of campaigns
• Conduct research on current trends, ideas and best practices to drive creative and impactful initiatives
• Other tasks as assigned by team lead

Requirements:

• University Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 year working experience or strong knowledge of marketing and ecommerce is a plus
• Organised, detailed- and result-oriented, strong problem-solving & analytical skills
• Able to adapt with a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Excellent written, verbal, non-verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
