Job Description

Monitor and urge the shippers to process orders on time as promised.
Handle customers' requests, complaints relating to transport services.
Propose solutions, orientation to improve working methods and systems faster.
Collect and analyse data.
Record and monitor data, ensuring data is updated accurately, fully and promptly, without the occurrence of errors and confusion.
Analyse of the strengths, development trends of each unit shipped to proactively plan for Shopee.
Implement the report as required.
Check the input into the software and ensure accounting data recorded accurately and truthfully.
Perform other duties relating to the operation of the department.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

Holds a Diploma/Bachelors degree in any field.
At least 1 year of working experience.
Strong computer skills, especially Excel.
Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity.
Good team player with positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
Previous entrepreneur experience is a plus.
