The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. Job Description

• Develop a deep understanding of e-commerce logistics operations & actively identifying operational issues
•  Analyse data and propose solutions, orientation to improve logistics performance
• Assist in the planning and implementation of projects in Cross-function to ensure the projects are going in the right direction within the targeted timeline
• Draw up the project plans, dependencies, and communicate across the involved parties to align everyone across the scopes and timeline
• Ensure that the project status, issues or changes made are communicated to both the internal and external stakeholders and documented appropriately

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with proven business impact; degree in a quantitative field in relevant industries preferred
• Excellent in communication with different stakeholders with experience in project management or customer service is a plus
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the right metrics to describe the state of the business
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with can-do attitude
• Advance Excel skills. Python, R, SQL is a plus
• Good command of English to coordinate with stakeholders from across the region
• Self-starter with strong a sense of curiosity
