Job Description

  • Support Retail team with daily execution of all administrative and operational duties including documentation, paperwork, promotion tracking processes at account level.
  • Work with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Payment, Retail KAM, Retail controller) and external partners (Brands/ suppliers) to make counterfeit retail service fee report screening, tracker submission & update, contract review & sign-off. 
  • Other ad hoc tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Preferably Bachelor degree/ graduates
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong learning attitude and patience
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting is an advantage
  • Independent and flexible to take on new tasks
