JOB DESCRIPTION

Work with Business Development team to develop online merchandising and promotion plan to achieve sales targets
Build-up & upgrade internal process to collect Flash sale deal from Business Development team
Planning product & price, stock to maximize sales potential based on various factors (social trending & historical data)
Work with other stakeholders for planning and optimize resource. Especially with Business Development team to hunt the best deal (price & stock) for Flash sale on special sale day.
Work as a supporter to allocate Flash sale resource in the occasional event such as Brands campaigns, new initiatives etc.
Analyze past campaign performance and reporting on the current campaign’s. Maintain a comprehensive library of appropriate data: Deals Tracker, Sales Data, Traffic, Conversion Rate etc.

REQUIREMENTS

At least 1 year experience
University graduate with a relevant bachelor degree
Analytical and quantitative skills a plus; ability to prepare data and metrics to back up
Previous e-commerce experience and merchandising knowledge a plus, but not a must
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Reliable and good team player, strong communicator
