JOB DESCRIPTION

Issue voucher and rebate on requests.
Monitoring urgent request queue on working shift and execute the request accordingly
Ensure confidentiality of all information during the process
Identify loopholes or false information of the requests and cancel them from further processing.
Coordinate with other teams to validate information of requirements
Brain storming with the team leader to solve voucher/ rebate related issue and improve the voucher process.
Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Good at communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed.
Good at data analysis skills and Microsoft Excel.
Humble and willing to learn every day
