The Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualising and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. Job Description:

  • Responsibility in all Administration Contracts: Understand well term & condition of the contracts, work with the Legal and Finance colleague of each site to finalize all the paperwork required.
  • Liaise with the authority/or any other organization such as industrial and commercial facilities for submission Promotional announcement, promotion registration, etc
  • Responsibility for Budgeting & Cash flow for Marketing Department: Quarterly, monthly, and daily expenses to track team spending.
  • Making weekly payment documents, monthly advance and expense/tax documents.
  • Other tasks assigned by Admin Lead and above

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience working paperwork/ documents and payment.
  • Logical thinking, well organized skill and trustworthiness
  • Well oriented
  • High integrity high sense of responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently and under high pressure
  • Strong command in English skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good communication, presentation skills and problem solving skills.
