JOB DESCRIPTION

Translation

• All policies relating to Anti Trust, Anti Bribery, Code of Conduct, Economic Sanctions, Customer Due Diligence
• All training materials of the above topics for both online and offline, compliance posters, guideline, quiz, survey, etc.
• CEO Message, Annual ethic messages
• Agreements, contracts, appendix, terms and conditions, rules, minutes, official letters, forms, etc. used for SEV daily operations
• Reports on Hotline
• Other documents assigned by Legal Manager.

Promotion

• Advising on promotion scheme
• Reviewing application form to be submitted to authorities
• Preparing necessary documents for submitting to authorities
• Submitting and following up the submitted documents
• Updating the result to relevant parties
• Other tasks assigned by manager

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree or diploma or equivalent
• English business level (Especially in writing and reading)
• Over 2 years of experience in legal translation
• Good at Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Careful, hard-working
• Highly organized and efficient work manner
• Time management skills

Working location: 93 Nguyen Du, Ben Nghe ward, district 1, HCMC

Working time: 9:00 AM - 6:15 PM, Mon-Fri
