WHAT IS “FRESH MINDS”?

Sony Fresh Minds Program invites young and vibrant graduates into Sony’s workforce enabling fresh spirited ideas and creativities to be entrenched throughout a mutual journey of success.

Successful candidates shall go through a 12-month mentorship program starting from June 2022 which will bring you through a journey of developing career skills including retailing, marketing, sales and etc. in Sony Electronics Vietnam.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

1.     Education Background

·       Vietnamese nationality

·       Fresh graduates or less than 1 year of work experience

·       GPA above 7.5/10 or 2.5/4

·       Major in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, English…

·       Fluent communication in English

2.     Personality Requirements

·       Passionate about retail consumer industry

·       Ability to adapt quickly and work under high pressure

·       Passionate about launching a personal career in a dynamic environment and leading change

·       Have a progressive and innovative spirit to take on challenges and pursue perfection
