Purpose of the role

• Implementing “auditing compliance in-market execution” for assigned Method/Channel/Scope down to outlet type/DCR Level
• Driving effectiveness of in-store Excellent in Execution (in-market compliance measurement) for assigned channel / trade program
• Ensuring POSM quality in market place for assigned channel

Responsibilities

• Implementation transparency of auditing process to check & ensure the compliance of our display program both full year & on-project based for assigned channel with mainly by picture on SPVB system audit method
• Design audit & QC flow to ensure audit result of Trade promotion
• Run audit & QC process for Merchandizing of TT Channel by ASO/ROUTE 
• Contribute to drive excellent in execution KPI on NW by setting target deliver by months as guideline, keep tracking & follow up with whole sale team TT both of SPVB employee & DCR by weekly/monthly/quarterly report, keep control compliance process
• Planning & Monitoring serving audit agencies to ensure quality of result audit meet SPVB guideline and internal process
• Follow up QC process to make sure POSMs installation in market are always in good quality
• Other tasks assigned by Channel Compliance Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor graduation in relevant majors.
• 3-year work experience of Trade Marketing in FMCG
• Possess, high compliance standards, detail-oriented, good at process guideline
• Analytical, systematically, problem solving skills
• Good communication/ interpersonal skills to communicate effectively
• Good English & Computer skills
• Able to travel on a frequent basis for market visit
