Your key responsibilities:
- Support team in all activities of recruitment process such as post job on recruitment websites, contact candidates, welcome candidates, arrange test and schedule interview, data entry
- Join to build candidates database
- Be in charge handle at least one request for non-technical positions
- Other administrative required by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/experience You need to be Successful
Qualifications:
- For 3rd/4th year students or fresh graduated in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
- Interest in HR, especially Recruitment
- At least 6-month Full-time/Part-time Internship
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email
- Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible
