Responsibilities:

BA is the bridging role between Business and Technology with strong skills of Business & Requirement Analysis, assess processes, data analysis,… to help interpreting business requirements into technology solutions and products.

• Effectively communicate with the team to understand client needs, concerns and problems
• Able to build project roadmap, do basic project management and follow-up
• Documenting processes and preparing amazing presentations
• Contribute ideas with an aim to improve client experience using business analysis skills and user-centric mindset,
• Prepare client workshops, Hackathons and innovation events organized by KPMG
• Research industry, technology trend

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher, in Business, Administration or IT
• Deep interest in Innovation and emerging technologies (Ex: AI, ML, IOT, Big data,…) – With knowledge is a plus
• Good logical and analytical thinking, problem solving skills
• Advanced documentation, presentation and reporting skills (Skillful of Powerpoint, Excel,…)
• Skills in modelling requirements and business flows
• Basic understanding of BABOK® Knowledge Areas is a plus
• Knowledge of Design Thinking and SCRUM is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Fast learning, detail-oriented, collaborative and proactive
