The firm makes minority and control equity investments in high growth middle-market companies in a variety of key growth sectors, including financial services, logistics & transportation, media & entertainment, tourism & hospitality, education, oil & gas, retail, banking, manufacturing and food & beverages.

1. Job descriptions:

  • Work with the investment team to conduct market and financial research to support investment projects.
  • May include secondary and primary market research and financial and company analysis.
  • Assist investment teams in writing research reports and investment memos
  • Work with the investment team on a business restructure or advisory for portfolio companies
  • Assist in other tasks as required to complete investment projects

3. Job Requirements:
  • Full-time job: 12 weeks
  • Working Time: Mon – Fri from 8:00 AM – 05:00 PM
  • 4th - year bachelor student and above
  • Bachelor degree from good Vietnam or foreign university in business, accounting or finance preferred but not required
  • Financial analysis and/or modeling experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to read financial statements strongly preferred
  • Interest in investment, investment banking or consulting
  • Strong ability to read and write English
  • Ability to juggle multiple assignments and work in a high achieving environment
