1. Responsibilities and Performance Objectives

Your responsibilities are to ensure our company attracts, provide outstanding candidates experiences and hires candidates who meet the company global standard by advising, building a close relationship with your business partners. 

  • Research to deeply understand all stakeholders in the AI talent market.

  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions

  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)

  • Organize/attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events

  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.

     

2. Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in hiring is a big plus (during internship, university clubs, etc is acceptable)

  • Proficient in the use of social media.

  • Interested in Employer Branding.

  • Comfortable in a high demand, fast-paced and intellectual environment.

  • Strong relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent communicator and fluently in English.

  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.

  • A strategic thinker.
