JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Facilitate communications with customers through CRM marketing channels.
  •  Support campaigns execution. Provide regular tracking, reporting and optimizing for CRM channels performance
  • Carry out root cause analysis to improve campaigns and identify issues

REQUIREMENTS

  • Interest in E-commerce, Marketing, driving business improvements through data-driven decision making
  • Proactive learner, fast-action, high accountability 
  • Creative mindset - well informed of latest trends
  • Experience and knowledge of Excel is a plus
