Job description

• Coordinate office activities (between Hanoi-HCM) and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts for office expenses
• Prepare welcome kit for new employees and manage floor plan for seat allocation
• Assist the People Operation team in Engagement activities/Company events.
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals related to operations tasks as assigned
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Requirements

• For fresh graduated or 4th year students in Economics, Business Administration or related major
• 6-month Internship duration
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Docs and Sheets preferable
• Meticulous, patient, organized and highly responsible
• Open-minded and initiative-taking person with a goal oriented mind-set
