Responsibilities​

  • Planning, developing and executing creative ideas for KOLs based on marketing campaigns.
  • Deal with influencers/KOLs to promote campaign activities on social media following campaign communication plans. 
  • Monitor and track performance KOL Marketing.
  • Develop innovative, creative and unique approaches to influencers and drive traffic to Tiki.
  • Working closely with a diverse team of marketers, designers and business developers in a fast-paced environment to execute relevant tasks.
  • Monitor the latest trends in social media and technologies in order to improve campaign performance.
  • Be able to keep in touch with KOLs to resolve queries relating to campaign and technique issues.
  • Define & evaluate the metrics for affiliate activities
  • Be able to work with Product team to provide tools & feature to support the program
  • Constantly monitor individual partner’s performance and work closely to optimize affiliate KPIs.
  • Support Function Lead in other assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Having knowledge of Affiliate models is a plus.
  • Experience in Crisis management.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Excellent understanding of local KOLs and communities.
  • Detailed oriented and a creative problem solver.
  • Strong project management and executional abilities.
  • Keen sense of creative aesthetics and design.
  • Strong work ethics and performance-driven.
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and with a team.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
