JOB DESCRIPTION

Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects on digital channels:

● Acquiring/creating content and media resources
● Uploading and managing content on multiple media platforms

Support recurring channel performance reports, market research, reports, and campaign documentation:

● Support marketing related administration and documentation
● Prepare/create/submit required documents on behalf of marketing team
● Process the agreement, purchase order, and procurement for media and marketing booking

Other tasks from the Lead, including:

● Sourcing vendors/agencies for merchandise production, activation, media placement
● Managing the inventory of merchandise
● And supporting other ad-hoc projects (community, activation, co-branding projects)

To work under the time management with the dedication to team’s goal

Ensure the operational tasks are completed and delivered to the reporting manager accordingly

JOB REQUIREMENTS

● Open for fresh graduates, having previous marketing work experience of one year is preferred
● Good communication skill, self-driven, attention to detail, and enthusiasm to pursue excellence
● Good English communication skills
● Good command in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
