Your Role:

  • Responsible for Compensation & Benefit operations including budgeting, managing payroll through payroll outsourcing vendor, preparing monthly and annual reports, benefit and leave administration etc
  • Responsible for personal data and payroll information maintenance of small group of employees.
  • Ensure compliance with the local regulatory reporting requirements and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the cross-country HR team (Malaysia, Australia, China) and Global HR Centre of Excellence (i.e. Compensation & Benefits, Talent) to create relevant talent solutions to support the business.
  • Facility management including setting up new offices, managing company asset.
  • Works closely on standard recruitment process, coordinates search process for hard to fill positions from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Provides day-to-day support and HR advice, guidance and recommendations to the local employee on all operational HR issues.
  • To enhance employee engagement and relations including to nurture a positive working environment and to resolve employee relations issue.
  • Keep abreast of talent market trends and HR best practices and be responsible for all HR regulatory compliance.
  • As the pioneer to set up local HR’s practice, comply and embrace HR processes in an efficient and thus cost-effective manner, this includes efficient data management, storage & analysis.

Required Knowledge and Experiences:

  • A degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing Vietnam payroll and compensation is a must.
  • Highly motivated individual who is hands-on, dynamic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of Vietnam’s employment law & regulations and HR practices.
  • Good understanding of Reward, Recruitment / Core HR and applied at country level is an advantage but not a must.
  • Experience managing In-house Union relationships and exposure to Employee Relations is an advantage but not a must
