Key Responsibilities
As part of the position, you will be embedded with our clients team and working on various projects in the Capital Market, Trading System, Business expertise and support.

The program starts with a 3-months evaluation period. You will first be assigned to a project to manage and follow a stream that suits your profile and interest.

Possible project assignments:

• Back-Office and Processing: Implementing the Deal Life Cycle in a BO system. Validation,  aaConfirmation and Settlement of Documents
• Finance and Product Control: Accounting, PL computation and reconciliation, Valuation  aaModels settings, Yield curve construction, Off-Markets Checks.
• Middle-Office: Risk Management, Market Risk, Credit Risk, VaR, Stress-tests and aaBacktesting,
• Front-Office: Pricing Models Validation, Deal Capture Tools configuration, Risk aaMonitoring/Control workflows, Streamlining processes for new products
• Upon successfully completing the evaluation period, you will embark on more challenging projects within Upskills.

Requirements

• 0 -2 years of relevant working experience
• Master or Bachelor Degree Holder, preferably from Financial Engineering, Banking and Finance, Computer Science, Information System or Business disciplines 
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Able to communicate well in English.
• Knowledge on financial products such as forwards, futures, swaps, bonds and options.
• Proactive with the ability to deliver tasks on-time.
• Experience in Python, SQL / Excel VBA will be advantageous.
• Highly committed and motivated to learn in the Financial Market.
• Previous banking experience or knowledge of Treasury Products or Treasury System (Murex, Calypso, SunGard, etc.) will be an advantage
