VNG Corporation Tuyển Dụng Nhân Viên Talent Acquisition Business Partner Full-time

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility as project leader to carry out VNG annual big Talent Fresher Recruitment Campaign targeting potential students of Top Universities in Vietnam.
• Coordinate and Execute recruitment project by directly working in full-cycle campaigns, including external communication, talent attraction, screening & shortlist, initial test & interview, offering & onboarding.
• Actively Propose, Plan and Organize various recruitment marketing and branding programs such as VNG Tour, Talk show, Webinar,...
• Attract and Hunt candidates to fill company vacancies (Social Community, Customer Services, Graphic Designer,..) in the overseas markets as business needs.
• Conduct Recruitment project reports for recruitment effectiveness measurement and continuous improvement.
• Collect and analyze labor market information to counsel HRM-related recruitment activities.

Requirements

• At least 1 - 3 years of working experience in a Talent Acquisition position in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
• Have a good mindset of employer branding and recruitment marketing with the ability to organize 300 people scale events. 
• Experiences in building talent pools and sourcing candidates from multiple channels including Career Fair, Professional and social media,..
• Good communication skills and ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates, university partners and internal stakeholders.
• Logical thinking and ability to build a plan
• Be highly agile diligent, ethical, reliable, and accountable
• Ability to coordinate, prioritize and multitask
• Good English skills and MS office skills, Tech-savvy
