The Role: We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team in Vietnam to assist in recruiting and HR operations related tasks. This includes but not limited to the following:

• Assist in possible employer branding activities in Vietnam, such as coordinating of recruitment events, office tours, preparing logistics and branding materials, etc.
• Assist in university and organization partnership building such as visiting universities, preparing contracts and MOUs, follow up payments
• Support Intern recruiting tasks such as updating candidate database, coordinating phone screens/ interviews, collecting feedbacks, etc.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, training logistics as instructed by HR Manager
• Assist in routine administrative tasks
• Translate documents from English into Vietnamese and vice versa
• Other tasks assigned by Human Resources Manager, etc. on an ad hoc basis

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Hold or working toward a Bachelor’s degree, or advanced degree(s), from a leading university in Human Resources, English, Business or Marketing related majors
• Minimum 6 month previous related working experience
• Experience in  in a multinational organization is a plus
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook software
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task, willing to work in a fast paced organization; self-starter
• Proactive about learning and motivated to take on additional responsibilities over time
• Proven achievement in extracurricular activities on campus is a plus
